Cancellation terms for new bookings travelling from 1 April 2022 until 30 June 2022

· If cancelled up to 31 days prior to pick up: No Fee
· If cancelled from 30 to 22 days prior to pick up: 10% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: 20% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up: 50% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% of Gross Rental
· If Vehicle is returned early: No refund available

If government imposed COVID-19 restrictions prevent you from collecting your camper, Britz Campervans will waive cancellation fees and you can choose to either re-book, take a credit note or be refunded for any days unused. Note that credit card administration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

· If cancelled from 60 to 22 days prior to pick up: 10% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: 20% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up: 50% of Gross Rental
· If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% of Gross Rental
· If Vehicle is returned early: No refund available

Travel disruptions for new bookings travelling from 1 July 2022 until 31 March 2023

If government imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions prevent you from collecting or returning your camper, we will provide a credit note to the value of any applicable cancellation fees, or if you are already travelling, to the value of unused days. Credits will be valid for 12 months. Restrictions include those imposed on origin, transit and destination locations.
