We encourage all visitors to be kind to one another and have patience with other customers and our teams as we work out the best way to work in the new normal.

Contactless check-in, pre-arrival trip accessories support and staff and visitor registers at all of our branches; where possible we aim to have the small stuff dealt with ahead of pick-up, leaving only smiles and keys left to exchange in branch.

At our branches
We will ask all visitors that enter our branches to record their name and phone number for contact tracing purposes only. If you haven’t done so already, please download the New Zealand Government's COVID Tracer App. We also have a record of our staff onsite at any given day and time. Whilst parts of New Zealand operate at Alert Level 2 you legally must wear a face covering if you are over 12 when you are entering our branches.
Covid-19 Cleanliness Guarantee
Our cleaning and hygiene practices are already robust, but we are supplementing them with extra measures. These efforts have been recognized through our Covid Clean certification approved by Qualmark. An accreditation that recognises the processes and procedures currently being undertaken meet COVID-19 requirements, as set out by the New Zealand Government and associated entities recognized by the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC).
