Returning your motorhome


All good things must come to an end! When it’s time to return your maui motorhome, below are some key things to remember to make your drop off process smooth and worry free.

Please be in the branch prior to 4:00pm to return your motorhome. This gives you and the crew enough time to complete the return process before they close. As part of the process the crew will inspect your motorhome for any damage. If you haven’t selected the Inclusive Pack, please remember you are liable for damage to your motorhome or any third party property on your hire. Any costs incurred will be calculated by the crew and recovered at end of the hire, regardless of any independent cover you may have.

If you are running late, please be sure to call the branch to let them know.

We also offer an Express Return Service to help you get away with a minimum of fuss once you have returned your motorhome – you can simply drop all sets of keys at the return desk and you don’t need to fill your gas bottle. We recommend adding the Express Return Pack to your hire - you can do this at any stage before drop off. This allows you to return your vehicle with an empty fuel tank and gas bottle, as well as a toilet emptying service, express key return (with Liability Reduction Option only) and included road user charge recovery fees. Note: Pricing may change on a monthly basis to accommodate changes in consumables pricing.

We also love to hear any feedback, so please make any comments that help us understand where we are getting it right and also any possible improvements we can make. Our Valet Service, Linen Exchange and Express Return services are all a result of listening to our customers.

A few days after your holiday, you will also receive an email from us asking for your feedback on your holiday experience, and we would love to hear from you.
