On the day of your motorhome pickup, make your way to the branch – visit our branch location page for more information if you're not sure of where to go. We recommend you allow at least an hour at the branch to pick up your motorhome. Our Australian branch hours vary with their opening times so please check their opening hours to make sure you've got plenty of time to pickup and drop off.
You’ll need to show us your driver's licence (and official translation or international licence if non-English licence – these need to be in English). It’s the law to carry your driver's licence (and English translation, if required) at all times when driving in Australia.
Our crew will take you through your rental agreement and take a swipe of your credit card. Remember to let your bank know you are travelling, as this can help you to avoid credit card issues. Please note, non-refundable credit card fees apply to any Liability Deposit (bond) paid using an American Express credit card. Also, our transactions are conducted in Australian dollars, which means there could be some variance between the amount initially debited against your credit or debit card and the amount refunded due to exchange rates and bank fees. Please ask your Local Host for more information on pick-up.
You will then get to meet your vehicle with a show-through by one of our Local Hosts; they will tell you all the ins and outs of making the most of your motorhome.
We know there is a lot to take in and we want you to feel comfortable, confident and safe in your vehicle, so take some time to familiarise yourself and ask any questions of our crew before you depart.
