All branches are closed on Christmas Day (25 Dec), New Year’s Day (01 Jan), Observed Australia Day (27 Jan 2025 and 26 Jan 2026) Good Friday (18 April 2025).
The branch is accessible by taxi, bus or uber; transfers are not available to/from the airport/city. There is no customer parking available inside the grounds of our branch but there is secure parking available at Hamer Parking, 20 Redcliffe Road, Redcliffe (240m from the branch).
From the airport (Terminals 1 and 2), a taxi ride will take about 15 minutes (and just 5 minutes from Terminals 3 and 4). Taxi ranks are located at the front of all terminals, as well as Valentine Road within the General Aviation area.
You can also catch the bus from Terminals 1/2 and 3/4. For more information on public transport, please see Perth Airport’s website.
From Perth CBD, you can take a 20-minute taxi ride or take Bus Route 40 from outside the Art Gallery of WA. Get off at Ben St and you’ll have a 1-minute walk to the branch. For times and fares please see the TransPerth website.
Vehicles must be collected/returned at least one hour before closing time.

Booking Payments, Changes and Cancellations
Confirmation and Payment
thl requires a deposit of $250 at time of booking regardless of your rental value. The remainder of the rental value will be due 30 days prior to pick-up. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to pick up require full payment at the time of booking.
Payment at Branches
For security reasons, we do not accept cash at our branches. We accept credit card and debit card for charges paid on RV pick-up and drop-off. The liability deposit is payable at pick-up by credit card or debit card and cannot be paid with a pre-paid credit card.
Additional minimum periods may apply and will be reflected accordingly on the booking details
One-Way fees:
• For pick up In Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Hobart – returning to these locations a $195.00 one-way fee applies.
• For pick up Cairns, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Hobart - returning to Darwin, Perth, Broome or Alice Springs a $295.00 one-way fee applies.
• For pick-ups from Darwin, Perth, Broome and Alice Springs - returning to any location a $295.00 one-way fee applies.

Summer in Perth (December – February)
Summer in Perth is hot and dry with very little rainfall. Average temperatures fall between 17 - 30 degrees. In the afternoons there is a sea breeze which the locals call Fremantle Doctor, due to the fact that it provides some relief from the heat.
Autumn in Perth (March - May)
Average temperatures range from 13 - 26 degrees, and there are occasional showers and some humidity.

Once you have your camper, we suggest you head to the Belmont Forum Shopping Centre, 227 Belmont Ave, Cloverdale (6kms from the branch), where you will find Aldi, Coles and Woolworths supermarkets as well as market fresh local produce.
