maui motorhomes Australia Terms

Deposit

Secure your booking for $250 (per vehicle hire). The final balance is due 21 days prior to commencement of the rental.

Cancellation terms for new bookings travelling from 1 July 2022 until 31 March 2024 

· If cancelled up to 61 days prior to pick up: No Fee 

· If cancelled from 60 to 22 days prior to pick up: 10% of Gross Rental 

· If cancelled from 21 to 7 days prior to pick up: 20% of Gross Rental 

· If cancelled 6 to 1 days prior to pick up: 50% of Gross Rental 

· If cancelled on day of pick up or No Show: 100% of Gross Rental 

· If Vehicle is returned early: No refund available 

Travel disruptions for new bookings travelling from 1 July 2022 until 31 March 2024 

We appreciate that there may be some circumstances where you're unable to travel as planned. maui recommends getting personal travel insurance to cover for these events, but we will help where we can.

If your plans have been affected by government-imposed COVID-19 border closures and/or lockdowns prevent you from collecting or returning your camper, maui will provide a credit note to the value of any applicable cancellation fees, or if you are travelling, to the value of any unused days. Credits will be valid for 12 months. Restrictions include those imposed on origin, transit and destination locations.

If your travel has been impacted by an unplanned occurrence and you’ve made a booking directly with maui, please contact us to discuss your options.
